Headed up by Sam I’Anson, our Mechanical & Electrical division covers nationwide labour to all sites, offering gangs and individuals to see your project through to completion.
Sam has been working within the construction industry since leaving school at 16. Sam started out with a Plumbing apprenticeship, progressing to start a new trade as a Lift Engineer for for a leading Lift company, starting from the bottom and working his way up to become a qualified Engineer. Sam has worked on some on the most prestigious Buildings in London, working on both small and major repairs. both mechanical and electrical.
Due to family circumstances, Sam found his way into recruitment and moved his experience from working in the field, to recruiting high quality M&E professionals for his clients. Sam has a great understanding of client requirements on site, whether that is Mechanical or Electrical, and has the skill to handpick the candidates that are more suited to specific roles.
During Sam’s time in recruitment, he has grown a reputation of being a reliable source of support on site and is now working with some of the leading M&E contractors Nationwide. Sam can supply ‘labour-only’ operatives and ‘gangs’ that can work on day rates, or on price, whether that’s in a Commercial or Domestic environment. Certain sites may need specific requirements such as DBS Certificates, IPAF and Asbestos Awareness and we have a database to cover any criteria.
Sam is not your typical recruiter with a sales background, he has the technical background to fully understand the project that he’s sourcing labour for.
