Ollie is a specialist within the industry and regularly places high volumes of candidates on a variety of different projects across the Southeast.
Ollie started his career in recruitment in 2017, focusing predominantly on warehouse & logistics recruitment. Over a 4 ½ year period, Ollie developed his candidate & client relationships in to a market-leading division within the sector.
In 2022, Ollie decided to join PW Construction Recruitment to develop the Groundworks and Civils division.
Since making the move, Ollie has established himself as one of the most trusted labour suppliers within the Kent area. His knowledgeable & flexible approach is constantly adjusting to market conditions; ensuring his candidates & clients receive a 1st class service.
Once Ollie established himself within the Kent market, he extended his coverage to Sussex, Surrey, London & Essex and is now successfully servicing the Southeast.
